Interactive Moves with Deva Biswas
25 & 26 March
About the Workshop
Some students that practise Yoga may not understand their bodies and may thus hurt their bodies with the inappropriate postures. We aim to correct your mind, your postures and to inspire you more deeply about yoga. Open to all levels – this workshop utilises partners, props, your own breath and awareness to guide you onto the correct track of yoga. We will focus on deep bending, twisting, stretching and balancing for a most enjoyable practice.
Highly recommended for beginners to help them learn self-practice and be the teacher of their own practice. Also sheds light on how to adjust a posture and simultaneously cope with the psychology of different Yoga practitioners.
25 March (Sat): 9:30am – 12:30pm
Partner Yoga practice with 15 postures to cover back-bending, front bending and twisting of the spine. Sharing and interaction for the last 30 minutes.
26 March (Sun): 9:30pam –12:30pm
Partner Yoga practice with 15 postures to cover hand balancing, leg balancing, head balancing and core work, followed by sharing and interaction.
Your body will learn how to work out the postures and how to motivate our postures with proper breathing. Peace and mindfulness will result.
